Old Stone Mill
Our second conversion project began as a derelict stone cutting mill. It was an ideal rural location sitting between Thornton and Wilsden but still having transport links to Halifax, Keighley, and Bradford.
We began the development through sheer determination despite the heavy January Yorkshire snow. Our first setback came three weeks in when we discovered the owner had allowed the planning to lapse. Despite this setback we were able to work directly with the local council to obtain planning permission and this did not delay our project timeline due to diligent planning.
When marketing began to sell off the plan, we received immediate interest due to growing our company into one that people trust. MDH North has a track record with developing quality homes.
